Why we started
Packaging was the last part of making things that still ran on email.
In 2023 our founders ran a candle brand. Ordering 2,000 mailers took nine weeks, forty emails and a spreadsheet of Pantone codes. The boxes arrived in the wrong shade of black.
Factories weren’t the problem. They were good at making boxes and bad at answering email. So we built agents that do the emailing: they draw the dieline, write the spec, collect bids and chase freight.
Humans still do what humans are good at. Our packaging engineers check every dieline, our ops team walks factory floors, and a real person answers every message within a working day.
