Why most brands start here
E-flute is the board inside most mailer boxes you’ve opened. The flutes are small enough that the surface stays flat for printing, and the board is thin enough that a folded mailer keeps sharp edges. It’s the lowest price per box we quote, and it ships flat.
Where it struggles
It isn’t built for heavy stacks. Anything over about 5 kg per box, or boxes that sit under others on a pallet for weeks, should move up to B-flute or double wall.
Printing on it
Kraft-on-kraft takes one or two solid colours beautifully. Full-colour photos print duller on brown board, so for photographic artwork pick the white-lined version.
